Manuel Stamatakis is the Executive Chairman of the Board. He has served on the MISTRAS Board since 2002, holding several key leadership roles, including Lead Director, Chairman of Governance, and member of both the Compensation and Audit Committees. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 2023 through January 1, 2025.

Mr. Stamatakis was also the Founder and former CEO of Capital Management Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based financial services and employee benefits consulting firm, which he successfully sold in 2020.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stamatakis has served on the boards of numerous for-profit, not-for-profit, and charitable organizations. He has been Chairman of the Philadelphia Shipyard Development Corporation for the past 25 years and has also served as Chairman of Visit Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Investment Advisory Board, the Drexel College of Medicine, and the Delaware River Port Authority, among others.

He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from Drexel University.
